Fig Frangipane Tart Recipe

Happy Autumn!

We made the most delicious Fig Frangipane Tart this week using this recipe by The Peony Kitchen .

We followed the recipe so that ours was gluten-free, however we're sure you could find an equally delicious recipe that isn't gluten-free!

Our ripe Brown Turkey and Adriatic figs were perfect for this recipe as the figs cook into the tart and provide a lovely fresh sweetness. Served with thick Greek yoghurt or freshly whipped cream, what more could you need on an Autumn evening?!
