Cream Cheese x Feijoa Kasundi Sourdough
Who doesn't a love a simple and delicious lunch idea?!
Since the launch of our flavour-packed Feijoa Kasundi, we've been enjoying it ourselves every day. On weekdays, this is mostly in a golden toasted sandwich dripping with mozzarella and during the weekend it's alongside nibbly bits on a platter, enjoyed with a glass of wine and an outdoor flame.
However, we also love this slightly fancy way of enjoying it on sourdough that tastes as wonderful as it looks. This would make a simple starter or snack if feeding a crowd or an indulgent lunch for one!
- Simply slice your favourite artisan sourdough or bread. Toast it or keep it fresh. NB: You can use a great gluten-free alternative but definitely toast this one! We recommend the Venerdi Sweet Potato Sourdough Buns.
- Slather on cream cheese
- Dollop and spread over our totally amazing Feijoa Kasundi
- Sprinkle over fresh coriander
- Season with freshly cracked pepper
- Voilà
