Fig and Honey Cake by Cakes by Anna

Our lovely friend Anna from Cakes by Anna has created the most delicious Autumn Fig and Honey cake with our fresh figs! 

"The figs are poached in a sweet wine, honey and rosemary syrup before added to a honey, vanilla and almond cake batter. Once cooked, the figs' poaching syrup is brushed over the cake. A drizzle of dark chocolate and salt flakes to finish.
This cake makes for a lovely Autumn dessert option and will keep well for up to 3 days."

Anna has also also added a fig + butterscotch + cream option to her current CBA sponge list - yuuuuum!
